The Nittenau plant produces large machine components for the main factory in Neutraubling, such as filler ring bowls, filler front tables, bottle tables, and table tops, employing special oversized precision machines, nine boring machines and four vertical turning machines. A multitude of machining centres are used to manufacture valve parts for the fillers.

Flensburg is the northernmost plant of the Krones AG, approximately five kilometres from the Danish border. It designs, manufactures and assembles bottle washing systems, pasteurisers, crate washers and steam tunnels. The Flensburg plant houses the technical cleaning and product treatment centre as well as the technical PET recycling centre.
