Employees – the Future of the Company

Maintaining the satisfaction and motivation of the employees is particularly important in a family-run company such as Krones. The aim is to cultivate a long-lasting, fair and fruitful partnership with the employees.

The high level of qualification of our employees is a crucial factor in the success of Krones. Nearly all the members of our staff in the German plants have gained qualifications from vocational training. The proportion of our employees with a degree is 15.2%.

The satisfaction of the employees is reflected in the level of employee fluctuation, which at 1.5% is extremely low by comparison with the industry. It is not only Krones that is benefiting from this continuity, but all business partners.
