Responsively conceived training courses for employees and managers

The can-do skills and abilities of our staff and managers constitute a crucial factor for our company’s success. This is why numerous staff skilling initiatives are successfully conducted on both specialist topics and the increasingly important cross-specialism skills, all designed to upgrade our people’s can-do competence.

Krones significantly upgraded its human resources development capacities in 2008. The department focuses intensively on continuous advanced training and staff skilling. Training courses are held on more than 100 topics in a wide range of different fields.

Quite deliberately, our human resources development work emphasises advanced training initiatives throughout, tailored as closely as possible to the actual needs of the particular employee involved. Every individual has his/her own strengths and potentialities. These are taken into due account by an experienced team of human resources experts, who responsively select the appropriate measures.

In order to provide ideal development opportunities for every employee, Krones differentiates between the following types of qualification:

  • Specialised qualifications, e.g. foreign-language courses, Office applications or knowledge specific to a particular division
  • Cross-specialism qualifications, such as project management, presentation techniques or social skills like intercultural competences

 

Following intra-company advanced training, skilled metalworkers can also handle specified jobs of an electrical character at need.
