Weighing filler-rinser-BLOC for hot filling

China´s leading sauce producer Foshan Haitian is using a rinser-filler-BLOC rated at 24,000 bottles/h for hot filling oyster sauce. This combination of a rinser and a filler is unique in China’s industrial sector: the double-channel Variojet rinser uses hot water and sterile steam as its rinsing media, and for the first time at a Chinese bottler the Sensometic VPGW filler is designed as a weighing filler. What’s more, the filler features a gable-type table-top and a free-standing machinery guard with a cleanroom cover for an EHF (enhanced hygienic filling) process. This line will also incorporate an integrated rotary capper for handling vacuum closures. A Starmatic labeller rounds off the ensemble. It is equipped for dressing bottles in a wraparound body label and a neck ring, and incorporates a Garantomat for applying a sleeve label as a tamper-evident seal.

Depending on the customer´s requirements, the EHF package for enhanced hygienic filling comprises:

• Discharge conveyor in open design
• Free-standing machinery guard with frameless glass doors made of safety glass
• Media distributor with gaskets, the reverse side of which can be rinsed

• Spray disinfection system for external surfaces
