Steinecker cellar systems provide processes that are specifically tailored to meet the philosophy and the conditions of the brewery involved, including automation, yeast management, CIP systems and other important units.
Manually-operated cellars with pipes that are installed as required and access the respective tanks through panels.
Semi-automatic cellars with fixed piping designed as pipe fences. The individual tanks are connected with hinged elbows and flap valves.
Fully automatic cellars supplied through double-seat valves. The controller activates the infeed or discharge processes to/from the tanks.
Each of these variants provides a continuous solution at any time with perfectly coordinated interfaces.
Modern 3D engineering with animation ensures that your cellar project is planned perfectly right from the start. Improvement potential is thus detected at an early stage, regardless of whether it concerns the construction work, the piping, the interfaces or the connections. The result is an individually optimised solution with a detailed construction plan – thus providing a reliable basis for the subsequent swift creation of the system.
Taiwan Tsingtao Brewery Co. Ltd., Kaohsiung, Taiwan: The project for this brewery comprised the entire cold area: fermentation and storage cellar, yeast cellar, filter systems and bottling tank cellar. The control station controls all processes fully automatically, thus allowing for optimal performance in the cellar area.
