The turnkey concept in beverage production is developed using a three-phase model:

• Pre-Feasibility (concept phase)
  It is here that the first solid basic data are identified. These form the foundation for a decision on a factory planning project.
• Feasibility (design phase)
  By creating the documents for the construction work and technical implementation, Krones handles the technical design of the filling and packaging technology, the process engineering and the material flow technology. This results in a detailed quotation covering the entire factory.
• Execution
  The execution phase subsumes the execution planning work, the construction of the buildings, the installation of the technology and commissioning of the entire factory.
