Filling technology for spirits in plastic bottles

Depending on the product properties, different filling systems can be used for filling spirits or still alcoholic mixed beverages.

Volumetic VODM-PET

• Electronically controlled short-tube filler with flow meter
• The fill level is reached once the flow meter has measured the programmed fill quantity
• Filling system with normal-pressure method
• Multi-chamber system

Isofill VG-PET

• Mechanical short-tube filling system
• The filling process is controlled by the bottle
• Pressureless filling using the gravity principle
• Single-chamber or multi-chamber filling system

Sensometic VPG-PET 

• Electro-pneumatically controlled short-tube filling system
• The fill level can be adjusted with a probe installed on the filling tube
• Pressureless filling or only slight ring bowl pressurisation (up to 0.5 bar)
• Single-chamber system

What all systems have in common is the sturdy structure of the machines and the high hygienic quality of the filler concept involved. Of course, all systems are suitable for CIP cleaning.
