Robot technology for all palletising jobs

The new Modulpal single-column palletiser excels in terms of versatility. Depending on the palletising job involved the various models 1A, 1ADR, 2A, 2AC, 3A and 3AR achieve outputs of between 340 and 500 cycles an hour in non-returnables applications.
A low overall height, thanks to the repositioned drive unit, the high-performance belt in the lifting unit, the linear and swivelling units for use at need, plus the tool carrier and the shutter-type gripper head always featured in the standard models, ensure maximised handling dependability and optimum utilisation of the footprint available for palletising. Maintenance-free servomotors are integrated as standard, and guarantee maximised accuracy in the pick-up and set-down movements. 
Depending on the model concerned, the Modulpal variants feature a linear and a vertical traversing axis, or additionally a swivelling unit at the tool carrier or a basic swivelling unit for an all-round movement around its own axis. The carrying capacity of the gripper heads can extend up to 700 kg.
As additional units, base, layer and top pad inserters, pack infeed using a flush-grid belt grouping unit or, for example, pregrouping of the packs using the Robobox grouping device can be integrated.
The result is unequivocal: maximised flexibility for all palletising jobs.
