High visual appeal with hygienically flawless packs
The following goes for the point of sale: If the first impression is not good, the chance has been missed. And: dirty packs significantly reduce the sales success. With the Krones Linajet crate washer you can put your products into the right perspective. The robust Washaholic cleans beverage crates, food trays, and other plastic packs thoroughly and gently. This is provided by the efficient gushing principle: Going by the motto “Taking a shower is better than taking a bath”, the packs are showered allaround in stead of being submerged. Method of operation
The packs are conveyed through the Linajet on a flat-top chain. Weldedon stainless steel carriers pull the crates along and fix them in place on the chain. In the cleaning tunnel, spraying nozzles spray the packs from all sides. Depending on the Linajet design, this is performed either with water, cleaning medium, or with both. The dirt, which has been dissolved in water, is continuously filtered out via a slotted sieve.
Cleaning of packs of different sizes and shapes
- Single-lane: up to 4,000 packs per hour
- Double-lane: up to 8,000 packs per hour

Supply with warm water
Linajet can be connected with a bottle washer for the supply of warm water. In this case, it is possible to go without additional thermal energy. Of course, it is possible to equip the crate washer with its own heating.
Special spraying nozzles distribute water and cleaning media with an evenly exerted pressure from all sides to the packs. Hard-to-clean dirt can be removed safely via an optional high-pressure jetting system.
