Optimising PU control at tunnel pasteurisers

To compensate for fluctuations caused by line-entailed malfunctions or halts, we can provide a fast, flexible PU control designed to ensure consistently high product quality. A PU control of the latest generation can be retrofitted to all Sander-Hansen tunnelpasteurisers that are still equipped with a PUC1 or also to models from other manufacturers.
The PU control upgrade for both Sander-Hansen machines and other manufacturers’ models permits exceptionally accurate and dynamic control of the PUs, with high-precision spraying and a continuously operating flat-bed conveyor. The PU control ensures that 95 per cent of the containers are pasteurised with the setpoint value, or exceed it by only a maximum of 50 per cent. The remainingfive per cent of the containers will likewise lie above the setpoint value, at not more than twice the preset level, thus precluding the possibility of underpasteurisation.
