Your tasks
- Provide technical support to national and international customers, service technicians, subsidiaries, and branch offices regarding system, filling, process, and/or inspection technology
- Systematically analyse technical faults and ensure reliable diagnostics
- Perform effective troubleshooting via telephone, teleservice, video calls, and augmented reality solutions, while providing step-by-step guidance to customers and service technicians during troubleshooting
- Document solution approaches, create FAQ content, and analyse call and fault data to ensure that insights gained can be sustainably utilised throughout the company
- Record and process incoming requests using Salesforce Case Management
Your profile
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable field
- Alternatively: Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician, or equivalent technical expertise acquired through other means
- Extensive practical experience relevant to the position in a technical environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Strong analytical and methodical skills, as well as excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and demonstrate initiative
- Good spoken and written English and German
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a 24/7 support operation

The salary range applies to full-time employment and includes variable compensation components; for part-time positions, compensation is paid on a pro-rata basis. Individual salary components are granted on a pro-rata basis according to the respective conditions in the year of hire. The actual gross annual salary depends on the individual’s start date and length of service.
