With its technology, the Modulfill HES offers optimum oxygen values and is able to meet the most exacting hygiene standards. It is fitted with oil-free lift cylinders, automatic CIP cups and a system for automatic probe adjustment. The stainless steel vacuum pump is frequency-controlled. The filler also includes the high-end model of a bottle-burst safety system to the latest state of the art, which guards against glass fragments being entrained.
The crowner from Krones is likewise in hygienic design, featuring open bottle plates.

Both the bottle washer and the palletising systems included in the existing line will continue to be used. The Linapac II unpacker and packer are each equipped with a system for automatic handling parts change-over.

Krones will also supply a Modulpal Pro 1A palletiser with high-level infeed for a can palletising system in the Gotha plant. A Robobox T-GS grouping station is installed upstream of the palletiser, to ensure single-lane, gap-free infeed. The palletiser will be commissioned earlier than the line, in October 2021.
