    All basic conditions must be perfect before clear and bright worts can be achieved: in an ideal world, mash separation can be performed quickly and with a high brew cycle while simultaneously obtaining the greatest possible extract from the spent grains. The high-gravity brewing process and the use of high percentages of raw grains and alternative starch sources are complex requirements – and it was particularly with this in mind that a new mash filter was developed: the Steinecker Platos.
