Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the preparation of quotations and timely order confirmation
Ensure customers have their inquiries on time by following up with the KAG and NWA sales team.
To make return notes if needed
To prepare an analysis and overview of LCS Data
To prepare the basic figures for the Business Process Controller (orders in hand list)
To track and investigate the LCS issues and control of LCS business for assigned countries.
To liaise on logistic queries from customers or salespeople and follow up on deliveries.
To follow up on payments/ clarification of outstanding spare parts invoices
To maintain proper records of data in Excel and SAP as well as an organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
To provide support to Project Managers in issues and concerns related to spare parts.
To check the outstanding/Payments for each country and dispatch if necessary and send monthly reports to sales.
Your profile
Qualification, Experience, Behaviors & Skills
3-5 years' experience in a similar position
Excellent problem-solving, time-management and communication skills
Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player.
Advance Knowledge in MS Office, SAP and CRMN
