The LCS intern will support in definition and creation of processes, analysis, harmonization, optimization (decentralization) within LCS Performance Initiative program.
Support LCS MEA with workshop preparation, documentation, and task follow up within the LCS Performance Initiative Program
Support the global field service process development (end-to-end process chain development)
Document best practice for the whole MEA
Development of early indicators for budget controlling
Enhancement of Offer volume & Hit rate analysis
Support the development and implementation of professional tools for LCS Project Management
Development and implementation of customer driven KPI’s
Development of Strategic Controlling in LCS MEA in cooperation with IOS Controlling
Development and implementation of reports; provide consultation and training concerning Microsoft Power BI
Create Microsoft Power BI analysis for LCS MEA business (offer volume, hit rate, order intake, orders in hand, turnover)
Support development of Dashboards for performance driven KPI’s
Further enhancement and growth of eGuide (eShop, Sales Compass, etc.) within the MEA region
Support other departments within the MEA Region.
Your profile
Graduate in Business Administration or Business Engineering
Excellent analytical, follow-up, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to react quickly on problems and find solutions
Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player
Advance knowledge in Excel, Access, SAP & Power BI
German optional
Fluent in English
