Your tasks

Management and organisation of a team of currently six in-house sales staff, including coordination and planning of team resources
Close cooperation with the manager (Head of Sales), the sales field staff and other relevant areas for daily business
Contact person for departments of the company for general and master in-house sales relevant topics and issues as well as collaboration in project teams with reference to sales orientated topics
Processing and clarification of enquiries and creation of techno-commercial quotations based on SAP
Administrative activities from daily business
Creation of order confirmations
Independent tracking of schedules
Taking over the key user function for SAP and Sales Force (CRM)

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
Alternatively: Successfully completed training to foreign language industrial management assistant (English) or other commercial training
First job-relevant practical experience and initial management experience
Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
Good knowledge in CRM
A resilient, convincing personality as well as the ability to work in a team
Negotiation skills and a high degree of independence
Very good written and spoken English, further language skills (esp. Spanish, French) advantageous
Willingness to travel up to 10%
