Your tasks

Support Head of Regional HR in executing comprehensive global HR transformation projects
Develop regional project plans, timelines, and deliverables for HR initiatives across all HR areas in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive a successful execution
Manage the integration of HR projects across diverse countries, considering cultural nuances and local requirements (in close collaboration with the local HR teams)
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of HR projects, providing regular reports and insights to the regional HR head, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Actively follow up on HR projects costs, ensure projects stay in budget and provide regular updates on project costs to regional HR Head
Ensure HR projects comply with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks through proactive identification and implementation of counter measures
Support Project-Management related training initiatives for HR functions in the region and foster an agile project management culture

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
Additional certification in agile project management would be beneficial
Significant experience with focus on operations and project management within and / or outside of HR
Proven track record of successfully participating in (HR) project teams
In-depth knowledge of state of the art HR processes, practices and technology
Strong project management skills from classic to agile settings with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate HR projects effectively
Ability to cooperate with intercultural teams and inspire to achieve a common project target
Successful participation in change management initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions in evolving HR landscapes
Previous international experience and intercultural sensitivity is of advantage
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
