KZA_LCS Service Coordinator
Your tasks
· The generation and management of; quotations, sales orders, timesheet verification, overtime, expenses and S&T, travel invoices, subcontractor invoices, reconcile projects, capturing of times, final quotations and invoices, reclamation management support
· Proactive collaboration within the Service and LCS Department (PM’s, Dispatchers, Technicians, Service Managers etc.)
· Follow up and timely execution of outstanding POs.
· Proactive collaboration with interlinking departments such as HR and Finance.
· Report generation as requested by the IOS Administration Manager (eg. Overtime tracking)
· Proactive participation in personal development along with direct line manager.
· Management of Monday boards for tracking and closing off projects and 905s.
· Management of Salesforce
Your profile
· Tertiary qualification, preferably in administration
· 1-3 years work experience in Administration
· SAP experience MS Office (specifically Excel)
· Strong communication
· Attention to detail Basic
· Analytical skills
