Field Service Technician (m/f/d)*

Your tasks

Your Role And Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of our equipment, instrumentation and control systems at customer facilities and reporting these site activities,
• Troubleshooting, upgrades and major repairs,
• Flexible implementation of customer requests, adjustment and optimization of applied technologies,
• Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement,
• Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement,
• Training and instructing new colleagues or customers on our machines.

Your profile

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline,
• Proficiency in Turkish for local field operations; strong command of English at a technical level (verbal and written) is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or field,
• Strong willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, with no travel restrictions.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or TIC welding, parts manufacturing, and pneumatics.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, particularly Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, is a significant advantage.
• Competency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to meet expectations in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to representing and protecting the company’s interests. Military service completed is preferred for male candidates.
