Krones has agreed an acknowledged pay scale with the Bavarian IG Metall trade union. In addition to a purely job-related salary, Krones also pays a large number of voluntary corporate fringe benefits – such as extra payments in the event of employee illness or an ability to have a share in the company’s success.

Krones has also taken out corporate and private travel health insurance for all of its employees.

Reconciling one’s professional and private life is currently one of the fundamental challenges faced by every employee. Some jobs also allow mobile working. The necessary conditions are provided by a modern IT environment and digital communication options which allow many jobs to be performed virtually.
