Your tasks

You assist in the management of a large-scale product development and implementation project.
You conduct interviews and secondary research to identify processes and requirements.
You use work management and office tools (Jira, Excel) to analyze team performance.
You develop strategic plans and tactical measures for the continuous improvement of team performance.

Your profile

You study Information Science, Information Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering Sciences, or any other course that relates to organizational topics in a business environment.
You have knowledge in team management, performance measurement, and project management.
Initial experience in management consulting, people management and organizational change would be an advantage.
You show independence, organizational skills, and good time management.
You have good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken.

At Syskron, we have 30 days leave each year. In addition, Christmas Eve (24/12) and New Year’s Eve (31/12) are regular days off and a day’s leave is not required for either. You can also convert your bonus into even more leave days (up to three days a year).
