Your tasks
- You support change management and OKR initiatives.
- You take responsibility for planning, implementing, and tracking communication measures.
- You create, maintain, and further develop internal documents, newsletters, and wiki content.
- You prepare, organize, and document workshops, exchange formats, and team meetings.
- You contribute to project coordination, scheduling, and status tracking.
- You support the structuring and preparation of information and content.
- You create presentations, overviews, and decision-making materials for internal purposes.
- You support the team in project-related work as well as with administrative tasks.
- You work closely with various teams and interfaces within the organization.
Your profile
- You are studying Business Administration, Communication or Media Studies, Change Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- You have an interest in change management, communication, and project-related topics.
- You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
- You stand out due to strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ideally, you already have initial experience with collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint).
- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
