Your tasks
- You support our team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
- You prepare financial data for reports and analyses, helping to ensure that key business metrics are presented clearly and transparently.
- You handle invoicing and support the monitoring of outstanding receivables.
- You review incoming invoices and work with the team to ensure smooth payment processing.
- You assist with tax filings and the documentation of relevant business transactions.
- You collaborate with various departments and gain insight into the financial processes of a modern company.
- If you’re interested, you can also gain valuable insights into controlling and reporting topics.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- You enjoy working with numbers and analytical challenges.
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience with SAP.
- You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
- You are open-minded, a team player, and eager to learn new topics and gain valuable experience in a professional finance environment.
- You have excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
