Join us in designing change in an industry of the future, because food and beverages are vital for everyone around the world. With resource-saving systems, innovative packaging alternatives and digital solutions, we are contributing to making the world of beverage bottling even more sustainable. But that is not all: for example, by simplifying the production of alternative proteins, we are helping to feed the global population in the future; and with our recycling plants, we are promoting the circular economy to include more and more plastics.

Our benefits
Krones as an employer
Krones’ employees are what set it apart from the rest. For they deliver a peak performance every day – thus ensuring the future viability of the company. And it is exactly this level of input that Krones acknowledges with its attractive rewards:
With over 20,000 people and more than 100 locations around the world, we are a veritable international community. We work together across (national) borders to supply our customers worldwide with high-tech systems and provide them with the best possible service. We achieve this through mutual support and respect, and by accepting everyone for who they are. As a result, we are constantly acquiring new perspectives, becoming familiar with new cultures and languages – and it is not uncommon for colleagues on opposite sides of the globe to become friends.
In addition to your fair salary, at Krones you will also receive numerous voluntary additional company benefits, for example: a profit-sharing bonus, pension benefits and support in the event of illness. The Krones discount platform offers you exclusive discounts on products and services throughout Germany. In addition, we also provide food subsidies for our canteens and kiosks.
We would like you to be in a position to shape your life as freely as possible. This is why we offer you fair working-time models with a flexible time account and – if your job allows it – the option of working remotely. In addition to part-time employment, there are also modern career models available, such as job sharing to help you reconcile your family and career – with some of our corporate locations also offering childcare facilities. With leaves of absence, workations or sabbaticals, you also have a range of options available for compensatory time-off. Alternatively, you also have the option of accumulating overtime in a flexitime account.
Because nothing is more important than safeguarding and boosting your own health in the long term, we at Krones have a company health management system. We make sure to not only provide a healthy and ergonomic working environment, but also offer you many initiatives such as free check-ups, courses or lectures, for example on mental health or skin cancer prevention. With the Krones BKK insurance provider, we also offer you the option of benefiting from the advantages of our attractive company health insurance scheme. Fitness and relaxation courses, our company sports groups and sporting events, provide a counterbalance to everyday working life – and you experience fun as part of the team.
The sky is the limit: for your personal and professional development, we offer you both specialist training and interdisciplinary further training measures, communication and method training. If required, you can even receive paid training or qualification leave to take part. You can also further develop your skills at an international level, expand your intercultural skills and build up an international network within our Group, for example with our Across Borders campaign. With increasing professional experience, you will have the opportunity to progress to managerial positions or specialist roles – including part-time.
