At Syskron, we have 30 days leave each year. In addition, Christmas Eve (24/12) and New Year’s Eve (31/12) are regular days off and a day’s leave is not required for either. You can also convert your bonus into even more leave days (up to three days a year).

Each team is awarded a fixed budget to celebrate successes with one another at the company’s expense – and is free to choose when, where and how it is spent.
