Thomas Ricker studied Mechanical Engineering and has been with Krones AG since 1994. After holding various positions in the technical domain, most recently as Head of Research and Development, he was appointed to the Executive Board of Krones AG in 2012.

In this role, he was initially responsible for the areas of Research and Development, Engineering, and the Product Divisions. From 2014 to 2017, he headed the Bottling and Packaging Equipment segment before assuming responsibility for the global sales organization as Chief Sales Officer in 2018.

From 2022 to 2026, he additionally oversaw the Bottling and Packaging Equipment segment and, between 2024 and 2026, was also responsible for the Advanced Molding Technology and Recycling segments.

Since June 2026, Thomas Ricker has served as Chief Executive Officer of Krones AG, while continuing in his role as Chief Sales Officer. In addition, he is responsible for Group Strategy, Corporate Communications, and Procurement.

Uta Anders studied business administration at the Technical University of Berlin. She then worked for thyssenkrupp for more than 20 years, where she held various management positions in Germany and abroad, most recently as CFO and Commercial Director of thyssenkrupp System Engineering. At the end of 2020, Uta Anders started working at Krones AG. There she was responsible for the entire Krones Group in her role as Head of Controlling, Accounting and Tax.

Since January 2023, Uta Anders has been the Chief Financial Officer of Krones AG. In addition to Global Finance, she is also responsible for human resources throughout the Group.

Markus Tischer started his career at Krones in 1993 after graduating in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. After various positions in the Research and Development as well as in the Finance and Controlling departments, he has been responsible for Lifecycle Service since 2006.

Since 2014, Tischer has been member of the Executive Board in charge of International Operations and Services. Since January 2022, the Corporate Research and Development as well as Digitalization divisions have been his responsibility.

Ralf Goldbrunner, who holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as Industrial Engineering, joined Krones AG in 1999. From 2003 onwards, he was responsible for manufacturing operations in Neutraubling and Nittenau; two years later, his scope of responsibility was expanded to include all German plants as well as international production sites. Most recently, he also headed the Steinecker plant in Freising.

He has been a member of the Executive Board of Krones AG since 2014. Until the end of 2021, he was responsible for the Bottling and Packaging Equipment segment. Since January 2022, Ralf Goldbrunner has been heading the Operations division, which comprises all manufacturing and in-house assembly activities for new machines as well as the production of parts for the Lifecycle Service business.
