Ad-hoc Press Release – Krones increases the bandwidth for dividend payouts

At today’s meeting of the Supervisory Board, the Executive and Supervisory Boards of Krones AG decided to change the dividend policy and increase the bandwidth for dividend payouts from its previous 20 to 25 % to what will now be 25 to 30 % of the group’s profit for the year. This increase will apply for the first time to the 2013 business year.
