Krones: Purchase of System Logistics stake closed successfully

The 45th Annual General Meeting of Krones AG took place today as an in-person event at the marinaforum in Regensburg. The attendance rate, i.e. the proportion of the company's total share capital represented at the Annual General Meeting, was 80.94%. The shareholders approved all agenda items put to the vote by a large majority.

Krones is celebrating a special milestone: the 1,000th Sleevematic is being assembled at the Neutraubling plant and is set to be brought online at Acqua Sant’Anna in fall 2025, showcasing impressive performance and sustainability.

Krones is building a state-of-the-art, resource-saving brewery in Bayreuth for the exclusive production of Bayreuther Hell, with an annual capacity of 500,000 hectolitres.
