The new, more compact configuration of the washing module offers a resource-saving recycling process, generates even fewer fine particles, and is made from the usual high-quality stainless steel. The machine also offers a wide range for plastic types: The Compact module is suitable for processing PET bottles and trays as well as HDPE, PP, and PS. Thanks to the consistently high quality of washing, it can be also used for bottle-to-bottle processes without any problems. And all this with much less required space.

Despite these hurdles, we have succeeded in closing the loop with our technology here too: Used trays are processed into high-quality recyclate that can be used to manufacture new trays.
Conventional recycling plants for LDPE films, on the other hand, reach their limits when it comes to the washing quality required for reuse. Our technology now presents a solution: Through the targeted use of hot washing and treatment with caustic, we achieve significantly better cleaning performance. The result: High-quality recyclates for demanding film applications and a closed loop for LDPE.
