One-hundred percent precision for high-proof products
Spirits are not only high-proof products, but also high-quality ones – and the Modulfill HVS* vacuum filler ensures that they are filled into glass bottles with the utmost care and quality.
At a glance
- Fills clear spirits into glass bottles
- Masters up to 60,000 containers per hour
- Guarantees highest product safety thanks to well-thought-out process steps at the filler
- Guarantees optimum values in terms of standard deviation and alcohol losses
- Contains protection against explosion with state-of-the-art technology
- Can be combined with a Krones rinser
HVS = Height filling system, Vacuum, Short tube
Modulfill HVS vacuum filler
- Reliable determination of the fill level with vacuum-correction and the length of the vent tube
- Operates according to the “no bottle, no filling” principle
- Infinitely variable adjustment of the fill level by +/- 5 mm possible
- Mechanically controlled filling valve
- One filling speed
- Filling valve with and without CIP function possible
Functional principle of the valve
This version of the Modulfill HVS is a vacuum-assisted filling system which operates with a short tube and a spreader. The bottle is pressed onto the filling valve. Then the valve opens and filling begins. As soon as the bottle is full to the brim, the valve closes and the vacuum correction begins: Due to the short tube, the excessive product is sucked back into the ring bowl. Since the valve function is controlled by the bottle, the following principle is valid: "no bottle, no filling".
Optional:
Additional channel for CIP cleaning
In a block with a Krones rinser
Option 1: Single-channel rinser with air
