Krones is among the MDAX leaders in financial communication
- 3rd place for best financial communication in the MDAX category
- Special awards in the categories Sustainability Communication MDAX
This year marks the 13th annual “Investors’ Darling” competition, which honours companies for outstanding financial communications. For this purpose, the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management analyses the capital market communications of Germany’s 160 largest listed companies. The ranking is based on the specially developed RIC model, which looks at Reporting, Investor relations and Capital markets.
The overall ratings take into account the quality and consistency of each company’s financial reporting as well as analyst and investor perception of the company and share performance. Experts also assess the company’s management and Investor Relations work as well as the effectiveness of communication tools used.
At yesterday’s awards ceremony in Frankfurt am Main, a joint event organised by manager magazin and the private bank Berenberg, Krones’ Head of Investor Relations Olaf Scholz had two reasons to be pleased: the company’s number-three spot among its MDAX peers and a special award in the category of Sustainability Communication, also within the MDAX.
“These honours are a valuable affirmation of our work and at the same time spur us on to do even more. Our goal is to always provide investors and analysts with transparent, relevant and reliable information and to continuously improve our financial communications to the highest standards,” says Olaf Scholz.
