The Plastics Recycling Show Middle East & Africa (PRS ME&A) – comprising an exhibition and a high-profile conference – is being held for the first time ever and will be an unparalleled event in the region dedicated to a fast-changing plastics recycling industry. The aim of the exhibition is to bring industry representatives of the latest innovations and technological developments into contact with one another. At the conference, leading experts will be addressing, among other things, important topics such as circular economy and the major challenges and opportunities of the future, and will be comparing notes on their experiences in the entire plastics industry with an aim to promoting a green transformation.
It goes without saying that Krones does not wish to let any opportunity pass it by when it comes to presenting its cumulative knowledge in plastics recycling and proposing the appropriate solutions. A number of highlights await you at our stand: Our in-house team of experts will inform you about the Krones Recycling Technology Center in which individual trials are performed, from the bale of material right through to the new packaging. They cover practically the entire range of packaging plastics such as PET, PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene). You will also have the opportunity to perform a range of tests with your required material.
Krones will also be presenting sustainable solutions for the Recyceln von PET and PO vor – as a complete line or in the form of individual machines. The latter refers to the modules MetaPure W-PET and MetaPure S, which are used for the recycling and decontamination of PET flakes for use in containers in direct contact with foodstuffs. One special feature: Our Recycling Technology Centre has a test system that simulates all of the process steps of the MetaPure S system in a representative and individual manner.
