Your tasks

  • Sales of all ‘House of Krones Products’ (Filling and Packaging, Process Technology, Logistics and IT) in the Turkish Market
  • Developing and leading the local Sales department into a modern, sustainable organisation
  • Developing local sales strategies jointly with the Headquarter in Germany and the Managing Director for all products of the ‘House of Krones’ to sustainably increase the turnover and profitability of the company
  • Development of new customer relationships and retention of existing customer
  • Close cooperation and establishment of strategic goals from headquarter in connection with product sales, Key Account, Project Management and Life Cycle Management
  • Close and consistent coordination regarding decisions with the headquarters in Neutraubling (matrix organisation)
  • Detecting and fending off sales risks for the company
  • Identifying measures for achieving the targets and counteracting in cases of deviation from plans

  • Being initiator and role model
  • Strong background in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Previous exposure to sales of capital-intensive goods
  • Experience with contractual sales matters and contract drafting
  • Ambitious to analyse complex matters and provide possible solutions
  • Sound technical and soft skill abilities in sales, negotiations and representation
  • Pragmatic “can-do” attitude and “hands-on” approach to achieve the targets
  • Quickly adopting KRONES’ values and implementing them as a standard
  • Creating a motivating environment for staff (agile, modern, flexible, supporting and challenging)
  • Willingness to travel within Turkey and to the Headquarter in Germany

Qualification and experiences

  • University degree: Engineering and Commerce (also obtained through additional studies)
  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in a Sales position plus experience in leading a team, ideally in an international group
  • Experiences in matrix organisations
  • Good skills in ERP systems and excellent knowledge in control systems
  • Sound intercultural and social competency
  • Language skills on high level (Turkish, English, German is a plus)
