As Head of Krones Operating Platform (KOP), you are part of the six-member management team within Krones.digital Development. Your area of the Krones Operating Platform (KOP) is divided into two teams - the "Technical Ownership" team, where the requirements of product management are received, and the "Development Team", where the development of our digital products takes place.
And that's not all! Since the teams are spread across different legal entities and even different countries such as Germany, India and the Czech Republic, you are the central control point in the middle of a diverse matrix structure. You will lead your teams partly professionally and partly also disciplinarily - depending on which legal unit they are assigned to.
We spend approximately one third of our day in work. This is why, at Syskron, we offer both an exciting job and everything needed to produce creative ideas. And for the other two thirds of the day, we provide numerous benefits as the icing on the cake. After all, life is simply too short to spend it with a run-of-the-mill employer.
At Krones, however, the focus is not only on connectivity in production, but also on an interpersonal level: Behind Krones.digital is a community of currently around 450 experts from a wide variety of fields, companies and countries. Their common mission is: To drive forward the digitalization of production processes – from machines to line control and central cloud platforms to SAP solutions for the beverage industry.
