Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the engineering and remote commissioning of customer projects worldwide. 
  • You will help us to roll out and operate our digital products. 
  • You take care of the technical project control for our national and international partners (supervising). 
  • You advise, support and train our national and international partners and new team members. 
  • You support the implementation of E2E release tests and assist in the preparation of offers. 
  • In cooperation with the relevant stakeholders and the development department, you ensure that our software is continuously and purposefully developed.  

Your profile

  • You have completed IT-specific vocational training (e.g. IT specialist for application development or equivalent training) or a technical degree with a focus on IT, business informatics or automation technology. 
  • You have initial professional experience in the field of engineering or IT service management. 
  • Your way of working includes analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to think outside the box in order to take a holistic view of processes and interrelationships. 
  • Your qualities also include independence and a sense of responsibility. 
  • You have strong communication skills and intercultural competence.  
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
