Your tasks

  • You support our Customer Experience and Customer Support teams in their day-to-day operations.
  • You take on tasks related to the development of customer training programs.
  • You handle organizational tasks within the training environment.
  • You independetly develop smaller learning contents.

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have an affinity for IT-related topics and customer training.
  • You bring an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You work independently with a strong focus on goals and results.
  • You stand out for your team spirit and strong communication skills.
  • You have strong organizational skills.
  • You have very good German and English skills.
  • You have experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
