Your tasks
- You support our Customer Experience and Customer Support teams in their day-to-day operations.
- You take on tasks related to the development of customer training programs.
- You handle organizational tasks within the training environment.
- You independetly develop smaller learning contents.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have an affinity for IT-related topics and customer training.
- You bring an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- You work independently with a strong focus on goals and results.
- You stand out for your team spirit and strong communication skills.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You have experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
